everyone thank you for your thoughts and prayers for both latrena and myself. latrena is slowly coming along and God is helping me to be strong and not give in to her . i know that since i came here and everyone lit candles and prayed for us things have been changing, not a complete change but a positive one thank you again

thank you for your prayers for latrena may she stay strong as she travels back into her environment today. i pray today that God touches her as he did me and keep her safe and strong. latrena needs a lot of help and only God can help her. when she is with me i know she doing the right thing, so I need your prayers to help ease my worry when she isn't around, and have faith in God to know that no matter what he is taking care of her. i am trying to keep in mind that the battle is the lord'snot mine , that i am being used by God.

Dear Jeni, So sorry that Latrena is having such a hard time. I wish there was still such a thing as an intervention, and we had a safe place to bring her, so we can show her which path to take. I would be more than willing to help because I've gone thru it and I've seen my dearest friends go thru it, you made it thru. It can be done. Give her some loving hugs from me, and wish her all the confindence she needs to become well. She is loved by many. I hope one day all this encouragement helps her and you. Stay strong Jeni. I know this is tough on you too. Bless you and Latrena and all those others that are praying for you both. Everyon'e prayers have been entered into our prayer book at church and I remind the Pastor to say a special blessing for everyone there. Bless us all.

thank you so much lynn, for the prayers and understanding. it means a great deal to me because i don't have many to talk to about her and the situation. Most people tell me that i need to leave her alone. because i am honest with her about herself and the things she does sometimes she rebels. today she told me she hated me and wished me dead. although it hurts to hear i believe it is the drugs. please continue to pray she needs them desperately

Sorry, Jen, that Latrena is giving you a hard time. You are right, it is the drugs talking. Children sometimes tell their parents that they hate them, when they can't have their way, but they don't really mean it. Deep down Latrena surely knows that you love her and want the best for her. Don't give up. Candles are burning for you and her.

my faithful and loving friends, you must be the voice of God because i truly felt like giving up on her. she has so many demons and people just won't leave her alone. but i am going to take your advise and stick by her, maybe a little differently. thank you and God bless you
