I too would not like this Forum to become political, but our lives are really what politics is all about. That's why I believe all churches should be involved in politics. Emil I too think how wonderful it is that so many faiths and none are here praying and supporting each other. I have my own personal thoughts about President Bush and Tony Blair, but try to keep away from 'blame.' They are both doing the best they can where their spiritual growth is at present, and we can pray that they are wise and humble people who will be guided to the light. I used to laugh at my friend who used to regularly send hearts and kisses (through the ether!) to President Bush. I could not bring myself to do it, but since I read the book "The Gentle Art of Blessing" by Pierre Pradavand I can see exactly where she was coming from. I prefer to pray for an end to all war, which means a change in the hearts of all mankind. If we all saw that every human on earth is connected, and connected to everything else on earth too, we would never want to hurt anyone or anything, as we would see how that, (being as we are connected) would hurt us too. "Let there be Peace on Earth and let it begin with me." Peace be in my heart, Peace be in your heart, Peace be in the hearts of all mankind. David,I hope you will come back as I found myself agreeing with a lot you said. Arow So beautifully put - thank you. J
