Dear Star, I am sorry that your mother is experiencing some difficulties. I pray with you that this is not a set-back for her. I just lit another candle for you and her!

With much love,

Edda, J, and Lori,

Thank you so much for your prayers. They have helped me soo much. My energy is up and I am still believing in the ability for my Mom to heal and for our relationship to get better. I spoke to my sister yesterday and she said my Mother is still manic right now...but I'm ok with this. She needs to go through this and figure out for herself how to heal. So with God's help I am releasing this to God. And trying not to worry!!!!!

Continuing to pray for healing in all my relationships. And a blessing for my Father....I pray you are happy and healthy and know you are loved. And for A...may God continue to bless you on your journey.

Tonight I'm in London and headed for Vienna in the morning. Know that you are all in my prayers while I travel in case I don't get the chance to pop on again!!

xx Star

Hi all!

I'm back after several days in Europe. It was a long exhausting time but for me also such an amazing spiritual journey. There were Angels gracing my every step and I thank God for the wonderful time and for all of you who kept candles light while I was gone. Please know you were all in my prayers and I thought of you a lot while I light candles in my mind and a few in the gorgous cathedrals I got the chance to see along the way. God bless and thank you!

Wishing you everything good,
With much love,

Hi all!

Still keeping everyone in my prayers. I'm asking tonight for a special request. Tomorrow night we have our family therapy session with my Mother. I am asking for God's love and grace to be with all of us. May this bring healing and may this be the first step towards my Mother getting the healing she needs.

Edda and J - My trip was amazing. I cannot tell you how healing it was. Angels were with me on my trip. A few highlights.....I saw the Pope in Vienna.....strolled across the St. Charles Bridge in Prague and prayed with the Saints.....spent the day in Hyde Park in London laying on the grass and praying with God and nature....it was amazing. I pray some of this healing energy touches my family tommorrow night. Thanks always for the prayers.

Star, I have been reading these posts and hope that your session with your mother went well.

As I've gotten older, I've realized how much I want to feel close to my parents and the history that we share.  I pray that your relationships with your parents will improve and you'll all be able to forgive and forget the past and forge ahead with a comfort that only comes from "family."

Sending up prayers and lighting a candle for you.

Love,
Lolly

Lolly,

Thank you so much! Family does mean so much. I just pray they can forgive me and heal. The session went really well. My Mother had to take a lot in. But their were hugs in the end. All is not healed totally yet but we are getting there. Thank you so much for your kind words and prayers.

Dear Star,

I'm absolutely delighted to hear your optimism after your time with your Mother.  I'm praying for continued healing for your relationship and that you move forward to that wonderful bond that only mothers and daughters share.

As both the daughter of my mother and the mother of my daughter , I have found myself in need of forgiveness and understanding.  But I would imagine that every mother in this forum would agree that the love of a child is more powerful than anything and has the power to surpass any hurt or disappointment.

Keep working at it, show your mother your sincerity and the kind heart you have shown us here, and she will open her arms to you.  As you say, it may take some time for both of you to rebuild the trust and confidence in the relationship, but if you both commit yourself to it, I know God will bless you.

Looking forward to hearing more good news from you!

Love,
Lolly

Dear Lolly, I would echo what you say about the relationship between mother and child, and the power to be hurt by it surpassing any other hurt.

I would never have believed the hurt until it happend. I thought my ex-husband hurt me as much as it was possible to be hurt. WRONG.

Star, I too am hoping for a positive outcome to what you have started.

Love to both, Jude

Hello all!

Sorry I've been missing but please know I'm keeping all of you in my prayers. No word yet from my Mother but I'm still praying for her healing.

I will be out of the country for most of the month but will try to peek in and say hi.

God bless all you and keep you safe and warm! xx Star
