I am new to this site - have been reading posts about happiness and sorrow. I would just like to ask for some small prayers, though my problems pale in comparison to some others....I am finding life almost too difficult to deal with. Last night could have been the end, but I have my three loving dogs that keep me going and remind me that they need me. I want my life to be happy again. Please send some prayers my way.Thank you.....wendy

Don't give up heart Wendy, God sent three little souls to love you without question. I'm sorry your are unhappy but joy will return to you. Be patient Wendy things will look up. With God all things ARE possible.

Hi Wendy
I am so sorry to hear about how you are feeling. I can identify with you to some extent. I do have very low times and times when I feel I can't go on any longer. I have tried to take my own life on numerous occassions but I am still here fighting to survive each day.You will survive lifes to precious to throw it away. I am thinking of you and will keep you in my prayers love sharon

Welcome, Wendy! You have come to a place where you can find support as you can already see in the above posts. Aren't our four-legged friends wonderful? They accept us as we are, stay with us sensing our mood. I think they are a special gift from God giving us unconditional love.
Hang in there! Go day by day and see what it brings. That is what I was told a few days ago!

Dear Wendy,
Don't ever think your problems are less worthy than anyone elses. Big or small, they are there in our lives. I believe they are opportunities for growth, but at the time they seem so insurmountable we can't possibly see what we could learn from them, or indeed why we should have to!
It's often only in hindsight that we see the gifts they bring, so hang on please, make use of all the love which is on this website and coming in your direction. We are all here to help each other through life.

I have 4 cats - I did once have 8, but some have died in recent years. They have been my saviours too. They give us unconditional love, and somehow know when we need them. Also, they need us too which is what keeps us going in bad times.
When humans let us down our animals are still there for us and that is what is so wonderful about them.

Hello Wendy,

In general, life is full of ups and downs, but there are lots of happy moments. i think it should be time for you to live your life in happiness, no matter who suffers in life, people are the same but copes differently to others.

one piece of advice (you may take it or leave it) but i think you might want to have regular talks to your friends to keep your mind off things. like you said "Last night could have been the end" , if that doesnt work you should seek for personal help and advice by going to see a social worker.
