For the men & women who are defending freedom, we honor & thank you.

And for the ones we’ve lost, you will be forever in our hearts.

These soldiers are brave heroes, they've put their lives at risk for all of the United States and our families.

I started one as well called "HERO"...but so far it is only me.
They need us all, so I will check out your site as well.

I would like to ask others to please visit Candle site "Hero" for all of our men and women serving in the Iraq war.
I personally have someone there that I love very much, and I think it would be SO good for the soldiers to be able to see how many of us

I am a proud Marine Mom who is anxiously awaiting my son's return from Iraq very soon. I pray that these young men and women are not extended any further . This is his 2nd deployment and I am praying that he comes home healthy and mentally together. Thank you for the website! Godspeed, Semper Fi....

Dear Debbie, I pray that your son comes home soon, safe and sound and back into the loving arms of his family. We pray every Sunday for our soldiers. I will make an honest effort to make it a daily ritual until they are all returned home safe. Blessings to you all. And I want to thank them for their brave service in maintaining our freedoms that so many of us take for granted. May God Bless us, and those didn't make it home and are now Angels for God. I lost a cousin over in Iraq so I lite a candle for families and friends of our soldiers in Iraq. I pray for them to come home safe. I have to say thank you to all soldiers in Iraq; to the families and friends for your support and sacrifices of not seeing your loved ones who are away for duty. I feel your heartache. I also want to thank whomever has started the group and forum for Iraq. I will also light candle in Heros group also. With Love and Prayers. Amy
