Dear Judy: I took the liberty to start a thread for you since I know you and your husband are ill, but I can't remember where you posted that. I also don't know if you have a candle group.

This will be your own thread so we might be able to know you better and offer you support and prayers. You don't have to use it, of course, but it's here if you would like to.

With love,
Emil

Dear Judy: The threads are all where this one is. I just started this one since that way it's your own thread and you can use it to help us keep up with what's going on with you and your husband.

What I will do is start a candle group for you named Judy. When you go to where you light the candles, up at the top left you'll see 'search'. Click on the link and then enter Judy on the space for Group. It will take you to where I've lit a candle for you and your husband.

If I haven't explained this correctly, maybe someone can explain it better. I'm not good at directions.

With love,
Emil

Dear Judy: When I went to light the candle for you I saw that CC already has a candle lit there. I don't know if it's for you or for someone else, so now I'm confused and that makes two of us confused. Maybe we should start with a new name. I'm sorry if I've made matters more confusing; it wasn't my intention.

Edda, help!!! Do you have any suggestions on what we should do to get Judy her own place?

With love,
Emil

Emil the CC candle is from "our" Crystal and therefore most likely intended for Judy. So, why don't we stick with the candle group Judy. (This is a link to the group.)  Usually it is best not to choose a common name, since others may have the same idea, and some don't mind sharing!
Have a great Sunday,
Edda

Thank you Edda and Emil;I do appreciate all that every one is doing here,I enjoy this forum so much.I entered another forum gratefulness.org but the forum was totally different(?)not as many people/or posts but that option was good for other things such as cats, dog, angels in our lives, the 12 & 12 steps that most choose to live by as a guide line. But this is fun any way and thank you so much for the help.Judy

I think I had posted that my kitty was missing,I was worried about him as he was a house cat, very thin and timid, but the good news is that he left my home and walked all the way to another town via the woods(?) I put an ad in the paper about my cat and continued to re-place that ad and three weeks later a family found him living in the wooded area near them, they in turn called me and I had the dog officer with a have a heart trap try to trap him,she came right over with my cat stating that she had put food into the trap and had trapped a baby skunk and my kitten was standing next to the trap looking in on the baby skunk. but all is well and my kitty is being nursed back to health,Thank god and all those that have helped me.

I'm so pleased to hear about your little cat! I know only too well how it feels to lose one and not know what happened.

I do hope it makes a full recovery and stays home from now on.  J

Here is most of my story; there were six brothers and sisters older than me and two younger,We came from an abusive home,my father off some where drinking,my mother wouldn't work so welfare was an option, men were her choice of drug, when I entered third grade I showed signs of abuse by my acting out// getting kicked out of school we got kicked out of that town where I was born because of all the men my mother was taking other womens husbands, and fighting with every one including the police,so us kids were used to the nice big country and had to move to a small town that was more like a city to us,while there my youngest brother got raped while in the 4th grade,my mother was into a world of her own,my sister a year older then me at the age of 16 was heavy into men,my younger sister was strange(men & women)at the age of 14 yrs.I was watching all this stuff wondering what was what as I got older things got worse my sister got preg.my mother had a shot gun wedding,it lasted two years and two kids later,I was having nightmares and started running away at 12 years old but I never ran far enough I was found and got the abuse even worse. My favorite book would have been the Great Escape(smile). Finally at the age of sixteen I ran away,my mother brought me back home had me put on parole through the court system, again her abuse got worse this time I beat my mother at her own game,I went to the police station and told my story, she took me out of school at fifteen made me go to work and took my whole pay check, shortly after talking to the police my older brother came there to get me,I stayed with him and his wife for a short while he to was telling my mother my every move,so I moved in with owners of a rest home and they put me through nursing school, but before I finished my mother was calling this couple causing problems(I was very hurt)so needless to say I ran at the age of 17 I went to a big city hanging out with every one and any one,I worked & lived with a family with kids again my mother found me,so I ran always leaving my best behind.(cont.)>>>>>>>

Judy: The beginning of your story is very sad and moving. What I'm glad to know is that at the end of the story, you'll have arrived here with us. I will continue to pray for you and your loved ones, that all may be healed. This story can have a joyous ending, and that's what I wish for all.

With love,
Emil
