Emil, May God bless you abundantly, I have seen so many selfless and givng people on this forum, I thank God I found it. Pray for these two children, their names weren't given but God knows who they are, much love and God bless you all. Seven police officers responded to a call about 2 p.m. Saturday of a child lying in the road, said Jeff Jones, assistant district attorney. They found the baby girl on the ground outside the car, with the Cleeks inside the car. The high temperature in the area was 92 degrees that day. "One of the officers thought it was a doll in the road," Jones said. An 18-month-old boy was found in the car. Ashley Cleek was asleep at the steering wheel, and Kenneth Cleek was in the back seat passed out, Jones said. "He (Kenneth Cleek) was intoxicated on Xanax," Jones alleged. The infant had abrasions and bruises on her elbow and knee and had a swollen area on her head, Jones said. She was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa and diagnosed with a bilateral skull fracture. Both children were taken into protective custody and placed with family members, Jones said. Jones said he didn't know how long the baby was in the road. Ashley Cleek told police the couple had pulled over to the side of the road about 5 a.m., according to a police report.
