Jude, thank you for the violets which I love. Some people consider them as weeds in their garden?!
Last year one neighbor pulled all of them out along their fence which made me feel sad.

Hello Gratitude Family
today I'm grateful for all experiences that led me to be able to speak with faith and inspire hope in those who are residing in the recovery home. It was nice to have made a small differance to the men and have them shake my hand and verbalize gratitude for my hope in the face of them having little hope.....and one or two even smiled. Juliana I pray you have a positive lifting up seminar. Jude & Edda the violets sound lovely Jude what kind of garlic are you growing??? Being Italian I'm/we are a fan of garlic it really is a staple in our home. Betty Im going to continue to look to St Gerard on behalf of your nephew and family. T.O. et al hope all is well Lori so happy to hear about your positive experience with your clients.....I know how we savor those moments in our work...Namaste.Grateful Hope caoch

I am grateful to hear that Maria is finding a way out of her deep pain and a way into a feeling of a prayerful gratitude for family and friends. What a life achievement! Way to go!

I am grateful that Glenys takes time to clean her house and that it was good for her. Who knows, maybe I will get inspired! One can only hope!

I am grateful for Jude's flowers that she has shared. Be careful, it can become way too much fun to share flowers without having to cut them! Here's some for you below. Enjoy!

Lori, isn't it interesting how much caregivers can get from the people that they take care of? I love it when the patients return the favor. Congratulations!

Juliana, I hope wherever you are that you are being blessed. You richly deserve it!

I am super duper truly amazingly grateful for the good start in the personal healing of an important relationship this week. It's long, long overdue and quite a blessing to have phone conversations where there have been none this year. Isn't God great? Thanks to all my support group from the bottom of my heart. Hugs to all of you good souls!

Today I am grateful for a visit from my great friend Judith, about 10 minutes after receiving the news that my Brother-in-law had died, so she helped to soften the shock.

T.O. I celebrate with you!

Edda, I can't believe anyone can think of violets as weeds!!!!!!!!!!

Barbara, some 15 or more years ago I brought home one little wild garlic plant from the wild, (Ramsons or Allium Ursinum) and planted it under a tree in the garden. Each year it came up and flowered, but took years to start spreading. Then the play house was put on top of it and I thought that was the end of it, but yesterday I was thrilled to see it flourishing. It doesn't have a bulb, but the leaves smell and taste strongly of garlic.

My poor garden has been sadly neglected for years because I thought I was going to have to move, and I lost heart in it. It's almost as if, this year it is saying it's still there waiting for me.

Jude

Thank you all for your condolences. I spent the last hour going through photographs to find some of Mike. It's interesting how, when ever someone, or even one of my animals dies, the first thing I do is reach for the photographs.

Barbara, I hope your ear problem gets better soon and isn't anything too painful. It's funny you should ask if garlic would help, as I'm sure it would if taken. Also, garlic juice put directly into the ear is supposed to be good for tinnitus and other ear problems.

Love to all, Jude

Dear Gratitude Family friends,

Having been away for some days, I have missed you, or rather your posts - for I had taken all of you with me! Walking through the yard and vast fields (with a pond, a labyrinth, weeping willow trees ...) of the educational center where I was giving the workshop on non-violent communication, I kept thinking  how much I would like to show you all the beauty there, apt for you, T.O.,  to take photos and post them...

I´ll try to catch up with your posts.

Jude, my sincere condolences!
I´ll share some of the workshop with you later.

Barbara, I am grateful for your praying for a "positive, lifting-up seminar." This prayer has been answered in a very special way!

Thankful One,  I am "super duper truly amazingly grateful" (thank you for teaching me the vocabulary which I wouldn´t have known) that this workshop went so well. (Also that you are feeling this way yourself, of course ). Thank you warmly for the blessings, too. It seems almost incredible to me how two of the participants were able to open up and share their lives with their problems and sorrows, which reminded me of what I have got to know about some of you, my friends. Striking parallels!

Abundant blessings for all of you!
Juliana

Thank you to everyone for the prayers, candles and kind thoughts for Angel Taylor.
Much love and blessings.
Sorry I can't keep up as you all seem to do so well. But please know that I think of 'my family' on a daily basis and that all of you are in my prayers. Love you, Lynn xo
