Today I am grateful for still being here able to write;talk and walk.I am now going to an accupuncturist,I seem to feel some what better then before.prior to my so-called M.S. treatments I ended up in ER twice for doctors mistakes, I'm hoping to gain some insight on alternatives and lots of meditation;it's the mind that heals the body,I have loads of work to do.Herbal medicine and self confidence.

With the power of time on our side, each one of us can be a hero! God Bless

China, I am pleased to hear that you are starting to feel somewhat better. Thank you for the reminder to express our gratitude for those "little" things like talking and walking and writing that so many of us just take for granted. It sounds very difficult to go for medical treatment and have it only make matters worse. I can hear the anger and frustration in your post. Perhaps you have given yourself one of the best "prescriptions" for better health and healing by using meditation much more. It is my understand that there are several studies being conducted by the medical profession on the value of meditation in the healing process. Know that you will be held in prayer so that the healing process may continue in body, mind and spirit.

Imenuff;  Thank you so much for your message to help me on my way to this new growth,I am trying to pronounce some words of healing in the buddhist lingo  I have learned for years that it's the mind that heals the body but  back when I was healthy I didn't really care as you mentioned I took an awful lot for granted some thing I thought was blind faith. I  have also sent my sister a B-card and I got her usual hate note, but I understand what, where and why,as an alcoholic she is blind sighted by her fears which is a cover up by her anger.  This is a short message I sent her;To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you. Thanks china--doll

China:  I'm so glad you're able to forgive and not carry around the weight of the hurt and the anger.  That's something I'm working on too.  I think for a long time I felt I couldn't forgive something or let it go because I felt like that was saying that what they did to me was OK.  Now I know that letting go does not mean it was OK, it just means I'm not going to carry the burden of the anger and hurt anymore.  I love what you said, To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.  I hope you have continued success with your pain management.

Hugs,
Lori
