I'm just joining now although I am a Most Grateful practitioner of daily Gratitude and would love to meet in many ways with other grateful souls! I can share study materials I have been blessed with over the recent years! I can share my personal experiences, practices and encouragements!

Hi! I live in Camptonville and work in Nevada City. I could sure use some gartefulness in my life. Since losing my son, David, I have been spinning downward. Now, my soul is tired, my body is falling apart and my mind screams at me to "Do something!!"..... it's like I am a plane falling to the ground in a flat spin. Anyway...love to hear more.

I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your son David. My heart goes out to you in this difficult time.

Dear Carol, on the road right now and checking email, i came upon your note about spinning downwards after losing your son, David.  Along with many other people who read your message, i'm sure, my heart reaches out to steady you and, if indeed you need to fall (which we all sometimes do) to let you down gently, surrounded by loving friends who know what it is like to grieve.  If you have not visited our Grief topic at the website, you may find something there, too, to steady you:
