To all of you who also visit Grateful Living Practice and to all of you who only visit here, I have started a candle group with the link below. It is under the initials "S.J." (Safe Journey). I ask that you join me in prayer and candles for a very dear friend who has been a real mentor to me in my own spirituality. He leaves tomorrow for six weeks on an 8 country visitation trip to visit their missions/houses in these countries for his religious order. Several of the countries are in Africa in regions that are not particularly safe. Please include your prayers and candles for the next six weeks for a safe journey. The health risks were made very clear to him when he got his vaccinations. The physical risks to his personhood are determined by the amount of insurrections/wars in the various countries he must visit. I will keep you updated if he ends up somewhere where he has access to a computer and the internet. I will forward the link to the candle group before he leaves so that he is aware of how much prayer is being sent heavenward for his safety.

Betty,
I will keep your friend in my prayers daily for his safe travels through a dangerous place and lit a candle for him under the group S.J. I hope he gets to fulfill his good mission while there with little interference with his travels.

It is good that he got his vaccinations before going as this will definitely reduce his risk when traveling in Africa.
