Dear Leanda, I am sorry you are feeling down and concerned that you let your family down. Getting sick isn't a choice and may leave you feeling poorly. I think your family can understand this. Also, you are not alone feeling that way. Not everybody in these forums had a great Christmas because it was associated for them with memories of a loved one who died. Reading through the threads you will come upon them. In general the after-Christmas let-down is mostly due to expectations that were not fulfilled - that perfect Christmas that rarely happens - and to the tiredness after all the preparations. Just give yourself time to recover your strength and enthusiasm. Your other thread suggests to me that you are on the way without perhaps realizing it! Wishing you strength, hope and peace, Edda
