Hello All,

Jady Goody has died in her sleep, her publicist Max Clifford said.
The reality TV star, who suffered a public battle with cervical cancer, died at her home in Upshire, Essex, at 3.14am on Mother's Day.
Goody's mother Jackiey Budden said: "My beautiful daughter is at peace."

My heart breaks for her children as they are suffering pain and no one can take this away only their Mummy.

I really had not come to this section of the forums until yesterday. I will surely light a candle for your brother, Maurice. that he receive all the help that he needs to recover from his surgery and maintain health and well being. I am so glad Graham is out of hospital and is being cared for by people near to him.

This must be a huge relief to you in many ways.

Jude and Angela,

I will join you both lihghting candles for Graham and Jade .

God only knows the heartache Jade is going through saying

goodbye to the two most precious people in her life.

I just hope Jesus takes her hand soon and leads her into a painfree

life.

I agree with you about Jade. There was always something about her I liked despite her reputation. I am so sad for her and her children.

Dear Jude,

I also just found this site. I'm happy Graham is doing better and doesn't need a colostomy. I have several friends who had to have colostomies. They have dealt with them brilliantly but it is something that one doesn't ever choose to do.

I am lighting a candle for your brother as well as this group. I also lit candles last night for Jade Goody. She's far too young to die and is leaving 2 young children behind...

An update on Graham.
He is out of hospital now, and trying to run before he can walk! Short of tying him down I don't know what can be done.
His scars still haven't healed and need tratment every day at the moment. I think a friend from his church is keeping an eye on him and making sure he has meals.

Graham is continuing to improve, and is getting about in the hospital now.
He seems to be responding to treatment and will not be needing a colostomy bag, which I imagine will be a great relief to him.

Well!! Sparrow, talk about great minds....I just lit a candle for him asking that he takes notice of the healthcare people and improves his diet and self care. He is very thin, and I didn't worry too much as it's a family thing on my Mother's side, but it's obvious he hasn't been looking after himself properly.
His church has some very strange ideas on what he can eat or not, so I hope that hasn't anything to do with it!!

Is your brother able to care for himself adequately
on his own?
You mentioned that he has had some type of disability . . .

My Brother is out of bed quite a bit now and walking about. Apparently he is very undernourished which suggests he may have been ill for some time and not told anyone.

The current thinking is, it may have been Ulcerative Colitis or Diverticulitis, but they aren't sure yet.

They will keep him in hospital until they are sure his health is improved enough to go home.
