Short of tying him down I don't know what can be done.
His scars still haven't healed and need tratment every day at the moment. I think a friend from his church is keeping an eye on him and making sure he has meals.

Thank you all for your candles and prayers.

Jude
RE: My Brother (buttington)

Graham is continuing to improve, and is getting about in the hospital now.
He seems to be responding to treatment and will not be needing a colostomy bag, which I imagine will be a great relief to him.

Jude
RE: My Brother (buttington)

Well!! Sparrow, talk about great minds....I just lit a candle for him asking that he takes notice of the healthcare people and improves his diet and self care. He is very thin, and I didn't worry too much as it's a family thing on my Mother's side, but it's obvious he hasn't been looking after himself properly.
His church has some very strange ideas on what he can eat or not, so I hope that hasn't anything to do with it!!

Love, Jude
RE: My Brother (lilsparrow)

 Dear Jude . . .
Is your brother able to care for himself adequately
on his own?
You mentioned that he has had some type of disability . . .
perhaps he needs some diet instruction?
with love . . .
sparrow
RE: My Brother (buttington)

My Brother is out of bed quite a bit now and walking about. Apparently he is very undernourished which suggests he may have been ill for some time and not told anyone.

The current thinking is, it may have been Ulcerative Colitis or Diverticulitis, but they aren't sure yet.

They will keep him in hospital until they are sure his health is improved enough to go home.

thank you for all your prayers,

Jude
RE: My Brother (buttington)

 thank you Kriann

Jude
RE: My Brother (kriann)

Jude, both you and your brother are in my praeyr.

with love...
RE: My Brother (lovewho.u.r)

 Dear Jude,

Its good to hear that his operation was a success.
I hope his recovery goes well.

I will keep him in my prayers.
RE: My Brother (buttington)

 Ditto dear Sparrow,

thank you.

Love, Jude
RE: My Brother (lilsparrow)

 Dear Jude . . .
I think we all can benefit from prayers . . .
I continue to keep him, and you in mine
with much love . . .
sparrow
RE: My Brother (buttington)

Thank you dear Edda and Buba.

Love, Jude
