Last week they lost a much loved daughter and sister aged 18. Sian had been born with many medical issues and other complex&amp;nbsp;difficulties. But with the love, determination and strength of her mum and&amp;nbsp;her&amp;nbsp;brothers, together with support form others, she had the best life that was possible to achieve.
