My Cousin,Alex.... - 3/27/2009 12:04 AM ( #1 )
Hi Everyone,
I want to ask a favor. I have a cousin Alex. And he is doing something
very extraordinary... He is pursuing his dream of becoming an Olympic
speedskater. But no one in the family believes in him but his aunts, uncles,
a few cousins, his parents and me. My parents say he probably will quit.
But,I know he won't . Alexander isn't a quitter. He always had  a great
attitude and he is a very polite gentlemen. He tells me I'm like the only
one who supports him and sends him a million good luck messages.
I believe in him.Because I have dreams too. And I believe they
will come true. I hope he succeeds and shows everyone else
that he is a true Olympic champion. Well, not yet. But someday
he will be... Lite the candles as USA for him. Thanks.. Leanda

Dear Leanda, Alex is very fortnuate to have you by his side, believing in his dream. Knowing that he has what it takes to fulfill that dream. Perhaps you would like to start a group called skate. where people can light candles for Alex.  I will light a candle for him there.

I wish that everyone had a cousin who is as supportive as you.  Blessings to you both, liliwings

Dear Leanda . . .
Bravo for your cousin Alexander,
and for his brave dream!
As Jude has said,
"where would we be without our dreams?"
I look forward to seeing him skate in the Olympics some day,
but if this is not to be so,
I still see him as a champion
with love . . .

I'll light a candle also.  I've heard a quote that says if we can dream it, we can do it.  All the best to him and I agree he's lucky to have you on his side.  :)  Keep us updated!

with love...
